Order Processing Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
- Handling Time: 1β2 business days (Monday β Friday)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that personalized products require careful preparation, which may affect processing time during peak seasons.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 3β5 business days (Monday β Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 business days depending on your location
All orders are shipped from our U.S. facility and delivered within the estimated timeframe.
Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related delays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders nationwide. No minimum purchase is required.
- Trusted Carriers: We partner with leading carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery of your items.
- Secure Packaging: Every piece is packed in heavy-duty, reinforced boxes with protective internal layers to prevent any bending or scratches to the metal and LED strips.
Order Tracking:Β Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your packageβs journey directly through the carrierβs website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations Currently, Metalic Crafts ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Issues: Damage & Loss
- Damaged Items: Metal art is durable but can be sensitive to extreme mishandling. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at Support@MetalicCrafts.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement for you.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received the item, or if it has stopped moving for over 5 days, please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Address Changes
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us at +1 216 789 4861 or email us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier.
