30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging with all included power adapters or remote controls (if applicable).
  • Return Window: You have a full 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to initiate a return request.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different design or size, we offer hassle-free exchanges within the same 30-day window. Please contact our support team to ensure the replacement item is in stock and to receive exchange instructions.

Simple Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:

  • Authorization: Email us at Support@MetalicCrafts.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original box. Metal art can be sharp or fragile; please ensure adequate padding to prevent bending during transit.
  • Shipping: Ship the package to our Dallas office address provided during the authorization process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Restocking Fees: We believe in fair service; therefore, no restocking fees will be charged.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover all associated shipping fees.

Special Conditions

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your metal art arrives bent or the LED lights fail to function, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Personalized/Custom Orders: Please note that items with custom names or specific personalized text cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Non-Returnable State: Items that show signs of being mounted (screw marks), scratches from handling, or modified wiring cannot be accepted for a full refund.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Our Error/Defect: Metalic Crafts will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Customer Preference: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the production/shipping phase (usually within 12-24 hours). Once a custom metal piece has been laser-cut, cancellations may no longer be possible.
